This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Both Cheer and Football are required to fill out this registration thoroughly.

Most Recent Report Card
One Proof of Residence (Document must include physical address with 2024 dates)
Emergency Contact Information

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available. A mail-in option for check payment is also available.
